Who we are
Grim Repper is made by Coreshift in Auckland, New Zealand. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Questions or requests: hello@coreshifthq.com.
What we collect
Your email address, so you can sign in with a code.
The name and colour you pick, and the squads you're in.
Your workouts: the day, the kind (gym, run, walk and so on) and how many minutes. This is fitness information, and we treat it with care.
Forfeit proof: the photos and videos you post, and their captions. They may show your face, your body and your voice.
Your votes on other players' proof, and any reports you make.
Season pass purchases: Apple's transaction number, the product and which players it covered. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card.
Basic technical logs (for example when a sign-in email was sent), kept for a short time to fix problems.
What we don't do
No ads, no tracking across other apps or websites, no selling or renting your information. Grim Repper doesn't read Apple Health, your contacts or your location.
Who sees it
People in your squad see your name, your points, your forfeits, your proof and the verdict. Nobody outside your squad does.
Nobody in the squad sees who paid for whom.
Coreshift staff see information only to run the app, answer you, or deal with a report.
Where it's kept
Your information is stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Sign-in emails go out through Cloudflare. Purchases go through Apple. Each of these providers protects it under its own terms and only processes it for us.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. Leaving a squad removes you from it; a squad nobody is left in is deleted.
Delete your account any time in the app (Squad & account → Delete my account). That removes your profile, workouts, proof, votes and forfeits straight away. Records of purchases are kept for 7 years for tax, without your name or email attached.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information or ask us to correct it: email hello@coreshifthq.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
Grim Repper is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
