The deal

By using Grim Repper you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.

Your safety

Forfeits are a game. You choose whether to do one, and you're responsible for doing it safely. Don't do anything that could hurt you or anyone else, break the law, or damage property. You can always Nope a card or take the chicken.

Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise routine if you have any health condition.

No tolerance for abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post anything sexual, hateful, threatening, harassing, violent, illegal, or anything showing someone who hasn't agreed to be filmed.

Anyone can report proof or a player in the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and remove the people who post it.

Organisers can remove a player from their squad, and anyone can leave a squad at any time.

Your content

You own the photos and videos you post. You let us store them and show them to your squad so the game works. Deleting your account deletes them.

Season passes

A season pass buys a place in one squad's season. It has no cash value, can't be transferred, and never wins you money, prizes or anything of value. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.

If we remove you for breaking these terms, your pass isn't refunded by us.

The boring bits

We work hard to keep Grim Repper running but can't promise it always will. To the extent the law allows, Coreshift isn't liable for injury or loss from doing a forfeit or using the app. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. We may update them; we'll tell you in the app if anything important changes.
